We are currently expanding our Malaysian office and are looking for ambitious, high-potential individuals to join our team. This is an Entry Level to Junior position, ideal for someone at the start of their career looking to build a long-term future in professional search.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking early-career professionals with 0 to 5 years of experience. We value grit, academic excellence, and a natural flair for people-facing roles.

• Experience Profile: Ideally, some professional experience in Sales, HR, or Recruitment Agency environments. We are specifically looking for candidates with a maximum of 5 years of total professional experience.

• Academic Excellence: A strong degree from a reputable university. Please ensure your GPA is clearly listed on your CV.

• Industry Interest: While technology recruitment experience is a plus, it is not required. However, a passion for technology or a technical background is highly desirable.

• Mindset: A self-driven, resourceful, and proactive personality. We value a persistent and relentless attitude—if you are hardworking and eager to learn, we will invest in you.

• Communication: English communication skills are a must; proficiency in Cantonese is a significant advantage for our regional operations. This role will support our Hong Kong office's recruitment extensively and Cantonese will be a huge plus point.
