Regional Enterprise Architect - Top-tier FSI

Our client, a leading FSI company, is seeking a Regional Enterprise Architect to define and drive enterprise architecture strategy and implementation. This is a critical leadership role focused on shaping long-term technology direction, ensuring scalable and resilient solutions, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture strategy, roadmap, and standards

• Ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements

• Guide and mentor architecture and technology teams

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive technology alignment across business units

• Deliver architecture solutions for complex transformation and integration projects

• Ensure compliance, security, and scalability across all technology solutions

• Explore emerging tech (e.g. AI, blockchain) to enhance architecture strategy

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in architecture roles, including at least 5 years in an enterprise architecture leadership capacity

• Strong knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)

• Experience with large-scale system integration and solution design

• Strong understanding of application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture

• Familiarity with modern technologies such as APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms

• Solid stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

• Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL)

• Experience in regulated industries (e.g. financial services, insurance) is a plus
