Payments Product Manager - Leading Fintech Firm

Our client, a leading Fintech Firm, is seeking multiple candidates to join their growing firm in Malaysia where they'll get to be responsible for growing and developing market-changing Fintech products.

Responsibilities:

• Act in the capacity of a product owner to outline and provide payment products, including, but not confined to, payment channel integration, payment services, and merchant onboarding.

• Partner with both internal and external teams & stakeholders to manage and steer the product projects to successful execution within the deadline.

• Comprehend, outline, and monitor product performance metrics and constantly enrich customer experience and performance.

• Engage in customer delivery activities to validate products and ensure customer success.

• Carry out market & competitor analysis to assist product planning and definition.

• Coordinate and provide top-notch product instruction documents to both external and internal users.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in payment product management or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of payment technology, payment channels, and payment operations, with familiarity with payment flows of Card and/or APM payments.

• Experience with merchant service products will be considered for other roles

• Practical experience in the complete lifecycle of product projects, preferably integrating payment channels and/or constructing payment services.

• Proven structured thinking and analytical skills, capable of analyzing business scenarios/requirements, and defining user stories & product specifications.

• Strong ownership to drive product projects to successful delivery through cross-functional collaboration.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin when communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
